What height should the scrog net be above the blocks? 8”? 12”

You need enough space to work comfortably under the net, 12 inches (30 cm) is the usual height, at minimum 8 inches (20 cm), else it is going to be a bitch to work under it, when you want to lollipop and prune the stuff under the screen.

Defoliation/pruning at start of week 4?Is it too late to remove the lower fan leaves/side shoots when I’m going into week 4? She’s really dense and bushy and was hoping to thin her out. I should have been more aggressive at the beginning, but I wanted to see if I can still remove much material this late in the game.

Bigger leaves shading lower branches??As you can see in my last photos (DAY 28) plants are developing lower side branches. Should I get rid off the larger leaves which shade the lower branches? As per the title, the plant looks great to me (week 9), but I do wonder whether I should defoliate? I'm running 200w of LEDs for the one plant so no shortage of light. I realise 200w is rather over the top based on the daily light integral.
