Should I still be watering these like young seedlings (just a small amount around the plant base) or should I be adding water until there is run off now?

Hi @willistoned! Don't water to the runoff until she has become a strong adult, otherwise you will generate an over-watering situation and flood/choke the roots. Water with ~5-10% of your container's capacity for the first 3 weeks then slowly increase to ~10-20% around week 4 and later. More than 20% should give you a little drain/runoff and push the old salts out of the medium, but this shouldn't be done every day either. Hope this will help, happy growing 👊

Give them a glass of water (200 to 250 cc), it should last the seedling 5 days or so. If you water the whole pot, you will over water by a lot. You only saturate the pot when you grow in small pots and transplant into pots suited for the next stage of growth.
