Iwill start in looking on your Plant, she grows very Vigor, but the internodial distance is very small. So you may need a week longer to start with her LST. Nearly every Plant responds very Well to LST, its a stressless tool to expose the potential budsites to the Light , to have a better penetration and growth.Your Girls needs to have alonger stm to Start LST, so i would chek the distance to the LIghts and give her more distance/ lower Power. So the Plant stretches more in the Search for LIght. That is going to take only a few days and you will be able to start LST on her next Week.If she continues to grow vigor, you can think in topping her too. It always depends in the single Plant if you use the " topping Tool". But LST i recommend in every case. happy growing

Hey man the LST is the easy way to manipulate the girls in just about any grow set up indoor or outdoors . Indoors you will get better light penetration across the whole canopy ensuring no wasted light or energy.outdoors it works to but the light penetration outdoors is more intense and deeper penetrating so it is more beneficial in the indoor setup . My gorilla glue and OG Kush were both done with LST one is outdoor the other was indoor they were started with LST when the 4th node was developed . Your girls would be good too just with autoflowers they don't always respond well to this technique and it could possibly cause a loss in yield use it slowly and properly and you'll be happy with results ...cheers

I always recommend at least doing lst. Even if a plant is a slow grower then gently bending the stem is not going to hurt it. It is going to increase your yield and help fill up all the available space in your grow room. I always take mine further than that with topping and hard training. And this is just my personal preference. I know a lot of things that work for one person dont always work for others. My thought are why have one main cola when there is a possibility to have ten or more.... best of luck on the grow however you decide to treat her!
