They look healthy and the training is going good they seem to like there home and the techniques your using .The plants I would have left a bit before I did the flip myself so that they could have time between the defoliation and the blooming starting up.. honestly I hope they stretch out enough so you can fill out that canopy... Good luck my friend and I'll be following along nice grow...
