DWC - white stuff under the pot. Help me please

It could be 2 reasons:
1. chelated minerals, sometimes minerals dont mix well together and cause this to gel substance to happen, you will need to make sure there are no foul smells. I would change the DWC nutrients with less minerals maybe .25 ml/L.
2. rockwool rot, "Rotwool" from overwatering the rockwool, you will smell a noticeable foul smell. If you DO smell a stinky or rotten smell, its time to start over with new seed.
Most likely chelated, or gelled minerals if there is no stink smell.

That's what I'd call a gelling my friend. You have to be very careful when mixing nutrients. You fill the whole bucket up and then apply nutrients pre mixed with some water not pure to minimise gelling. Different brands of nutrients don't work well together or even in some cases sellers warn you to be careful when mixing nutrients together.
Redo. This time. Use less. And add 1/3 at a time, or make up a few 500ml test bottles and see what different gel together. I'm 99% sure that's your issue

Super low runoff PH, even after corrective measures being taken. Plant otherwise okay, but probably isn't taking all her nutrients.My runoff PH has been hitting mid-5s, even after flushing (w/ & w/o additive). Been trying to raise with higher PH water, used 7.25PH water today and the runoff was still 5.56. She looks healthy other than some discoloration in some leaves, so it isn't killing her but.....????4 years ago

Add Nutrients after 2-4 days of sometimes heavy rain for an Auto. Yes or no?I just had 4 days of sometimes heavy rain, 2 days in to it I added 1/3-1/2 my 3 day nute routine.
