Looks like a combination of issues, but you'll have to decipher what relates to your context.
A bit stretched out -- lanky stem, gets weak, gets pale from too much growth too fast trying to reach light (not from pic, but just a common thing, i can't see pic clearly enough to assess this for certain) -- solution is more intense light, but don't go overboard.. trial and error until you find that happy zone of growth and internodal spacing along stem.
A bit dry? Letting substrate get dry on top is a good habit, but don't let it dry out too much, especially with a seedling. Normally you let soil dry top 1-2" or so and irrigate the pot fully with 20% runoff. This avoid buildup and the wet-dry cycle keeps your roots healthier and plenty of O2 (roots need o2). If you are doing that, nevermind about this, but while it's a tiny plant with tiny roots, may want to re-water when top .5" is dry or surface changes color etc... (if coco coir, tad sooner on both accounts.. seedling i'd water when top is changing color, not 1" deep.. maybe .5-1" deep when mature in coco as it holds less water than peat/soil.)
You can definitely prop it up.. if it becomes too much of a problem and it is healhty again, you can also try a transplant and bury the stem bit more. Typically you'd just bury that jiffy puck a bit more if it stretches at germination. I'll use some toothpicks with a bit of tape to create a ledge for it to rest in that nook. all sorts of ways to do it.
but, apply more intense light, keep it a bit more hydrated, if i was right above, That will help the stem thicken up and the water will maintain consistent hydrostatic pressure within the plant.
