They are a medium strain, not too tall and not too short, usually around 20in, however if you low stress train, you can keep em short. For lighting I like to run 18/6 the whole time for autoflowers. I assume your asking if you can train the plant once its flowering, you can train in early flower, like the first week to two weeks, after that they stop growing and focus energy on bud production.
