high @all I will switch in 3 days to 12/12. Currently i am driving my lights by approximately 150w and 10000lx and a distance about 90cm/35in at the middle of the canopy. What should do when switching? Should i drive the 150w for 2 more weeks or should i turn them to full power?

Hi Green-leaf. I dont know what " fullpower is... but they can take a good amount of light now . Just watch your distance if you give them Full power ( totally recommend that)... happy flowering

After 12 weeks you can fairly use the Full power mode , by the way generally after 4 weeks of veg you can put full power on any lights for any plants as they are suposed to be perfectly rooted and resistant to heat ( not in excess ) and to the light 😁

When to start defoliate?When should i start to defoliate? I have already removed some of the lower leafs that turned yellow. I plan on putting them into flower within 2 weeks, they already take up 1/4 (almost 1/3) of the grow height including pot. (if you recommend other techniques, feel free to say)
