I'm in the 11th week and my pH is a constant 6.1. As i get longer into flowering, do i need to slowly bring the pH up to @ 6.4 or keep it where i am at?

Keep that value , in hydro you must know that the sweet spot is around 5.8 PH so your not so far , of course If you wanna encourage the PK availability for your plant then slowly increase until you reach 6.4 at the end of flowering but it is not necessary to me 😊

Id just keep it where it is at, especially if you aren't experiencing any issues. That will ensure you don't lock out any nutrients that are only available at lower ph values and causing issues.
