Don’t just defoliate for no reason. Those plants look very spacious defoliation will do more harm than good. They need leaves to absorb light for photosynthesis. If you’re just cutting leaves because other people do it then you need to look into it more! Happy growing!

Should I be concerned about the "hole" damage in "White Widow - Day 28 - Damage"? No bugs, checked everything. I've read that this type of damage can be a consequence of microtopping, which I've recently done. Other than this leaf, the plant is very healthy.

Check out this long reach, back of tent, 2-in-1 leaf cutter/remover I made. Just a lazy man grabber tool, magnets and razor blade... I was gonna drill a hole and mini bolt it threw but the grabber came with a magnet. Just added a couple more and it’s strong enough to make cuts.
