Do any of you guys or gals use supercropping your plants? And if so when was the latest you implemented it on any plants?

I have. First indoor grow also. I was sort of apprehensive, but it really wasn't that bad. Like with anything... just take your time and work it! Even though it was a major supercrop my plants never really slowed down. I have not ever grown Autos but most of the info I have read, and I do say most recommend very little HST if any because of unknown flower time. Check out my diary, I have some decent pics of a meristem SCRoG. Hope it helps. Good luck with your grow! Cheers!😀

Hi mate. I have only just built up the courage to try it! I had a plant with multiple tops so I thought i would test it on one or two. It worked really well!! Since then I have done it selectively on a regular basis. I wouldn’t go and bend every top, but I have found it to be awesome if you have multiple tops, or a scrog, as it can help fill in empty spaces and shape your plant nicely where topping isn’t ideal. Try it on one area, just to get used to the rolling of the stem. It will hang down for a while, but you will be surprised how quickly it reaches back up. Lower growths are exposed and they take off as well. I will definitely continue in my future outdoor grows “when in veg”. Cheers mate

Super-cropping is a very good way to boost your yield but it can also harm it if not done correctly! Super-cropping is a HST (high stress training) method which as the name implies cause a lot of stress to your plants so it is not recommended to do it close or after flowering (at least 1-2 weeks before flowering) or your plant may suffer diminished yields and sometimes even cause "Hermie" growth! Super-cropping is done by pinching the stems and crushing them without causing any opening in the stem, it usually gets droopy and requires support, once the stem recovers it induces stronger and vigorous growth through that one stem! 1 of my plants have been super-cropped about 5 weeks into veg growth and about two weeks before flowering and now she is the biggest plant in my grow space!! I'll post more pictures of the super-cropping results in the next week. Hope this helps! Good luck and happy growing :)

I have started to use it and I like the results I’ve had. Just curious if anyone else has had any positivity from it

I only defoliated and supercropped on my last grow. I tried supercropping 10 days into flower and the branches did NOT recover well. I will supercrop 1 time after the stretch and that's it. Everything else I will do prior to flower and never SC during the stretch. Best of luck!
