Cold Temperatures

A heater is really for a last resort and if you need to use it keep it outside the grow area blowing hot air into. You can try to insulate your space, wrap in tarp or towels or bubble wrap, cardboard. Make sure your lamps are close enough, and if growing autos or still in veg stage think about adding an hour or two of light to your schedule.

I put a small space heater directly in the tent. Don’t let it blow directly on your girls as it could burn. The temps shouldn’t go below 70 and not above 85F.

Hey Mate, same troubles here, as I´m growing in the basement. I have a heating mat running as long the lights are out. This raises the Temps in the tent up to nearly 18°C (64,5°F). Gets me exactly in the comfort zone. I had an electrical heater running during winter nights when I started growing, but this is a ridicolous way to burn money! Reduce the speed of your intake/outtake fan(s). Increase humidity. Add lights. Get a small electric heater, just be careful because this will drop your RH like a stone. That's pretty much it...
