I've only germinate once on paper. 50% sprouted. 100% directly in soil and 100% so far in rockwool.

Help with seedlings falling over and dying :/Could someone please look at my two seedlings and tell my why they are falling over? I planted four golden goat seeds, which all sprouted. Sprouting delay. How long do I wait? Are lights on and fans running important while waiting for germinated seeds to sprout? I lightly water the medium.Germinated autos by paper towel method, & put them in soil 2 days ago. The still haven't sprouted out of the soil. How long should I wait? Why did my seedlings all die?My seedlings all died. This is the second time. What am I doing wrong? They germinate, I plant them in Promix HP soil, they pop up in a few days. I move them to the tent. Most of them never even lose their seed caps before they die, but a couple get real leaves first.
