Is this looking like a problem for germination?

Germinated in a peat pellet, I helped the seed off, normally its fine but this one seems to be having a bad time at germination, any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

hey there GreenGrocer, this one seedling looks dead to me based on the discoloration and transparency ... RIP ! that's why you always want to germinate more than you keep. Hope this helps ! 🚀
