What type and size Grow light is best for seedlings awaiting planting in soil in 30days?

You can grow them under very little light when there seedlings, not until the plant has a couple of sets of leaves will they appreciate more intense light. You can buy cfl, or led and keep them in a cupboard or deep drawer

Added a light, how far should I hang them both from the girls?I have added a Mars Hydro TS600 to my tent along with the Spider Farmer SF1000 in my 2x2, how far should I move them up away from the plants? I'm guessing I don't want them as low as the SF1000 was on its own which was around 15"

Light intensity in veg - Help needed!I have a 4x4 Tent (120x120cm) with 16 Autos and run a 480W 3.5K LED at ~55 % at a dist. of 40-48 cm (1.3-1.5 feet).
Lux: 20-26k. They are tall with up to 14 cm (0.45 feet).
What would be the right light density in week 2-3?

Light flashed onOur power did some interesting things during the storm & the lights went on in the tent - I would say they literally flashed on & then off (along with the rest of the house) - during the *dark* period.
