It looks perfectly healthy to me. Definitely don't need to go down the route of going out and buying flushing products. Nitrogen toxicity will be very obvious and is actually harder than you think to do unless it's seedling stage. Your leaves are a normal shade of green, there is no yellow tips, no jagged edges or clawing of the leaves, growth looks normal not slow or anything. If you're worried just lay off the nutes for a week or 2 and introduce them slowly at 1/4 or 1/2 recommended dose and monitor them all the time, take notes and pictures if it helps.
