How do you keep the temperature and humidity right without an AC?

How to keep high humidity without the temp going up if I don’t have an AC unit for the tent? I am slowly replacing things that are broken or not working well and need to figure out how to keep the temp and humidity more controlled in the tent

Extraction is a good way to keep temps and rh more constant - the extraction fan will constantly suck air from the tent. Also if your rh keeps spiking up make sure you have plenty of airflow so you arent letting damp air sit still around your plants.

I would recommend you get a humidifier & dehumidifier just in case. And make sure there is really good air circulation in the tent (fans on floor and roof of tent)
Also try to aim a fan at your lights to keep them cooler! And if you don't have an inline fan I'd recommend you get one of those as well 👌Hope this helps growmie! Happy growing ☮️👊

Carbon filter sleeve needed?I use the carbon filter on the exhaust side. On the intake side, I have a dust screen mesh.
The tent is quite clean so that’s why I don’t see the need of the pre filter. Would also probably load the inline fan a bit too.

Now getting condesation in my tent when I've added this duct to a pipe exiting the house? Am near harvest too.Didn't have an issue with condensation inside the tent before, now that I've attached the duct to a pipe going out i'm getting condensation inside... Does the set up look right? I've hooked up to a smaller tent too via a T. Could it be pressure?

How crucial is an exhaust fan and a carbon filter?I cant find anything in my country as a kit, but would buying them piece by piece work?
Example something like in the photo connected to an air duct and then to a carbon filter?

Autos week 3 veg but only 4 nodes – could humidity swings be the cause?In a 60×60 cm grow box I’m using a single-membrane mist maker with an STC-3028 humidity controller. Even with the exhaust fan at the lowest speed, RH swings every 2–3 min (67%→63% in ~90s, then back in ~90s). Is this fluctuation OK? My plant has only 4 nodes in week 3 of veg.

Ventilation setupDo I need more than just carbon filters and 2 fans in my 18"×18"×48" grow tent?
I bought 6 inch round carbon filters that are about 1/2" thick. And put them in the vent holes for odor control and I have a hanging fan at the top of tent and a small fan for exhaust. Is it enough?
