What is this bug? Thrip? I hope not. Baby grasshopper? I saw about 2 of them on outside of fabric pot. Pretty tiny.

Olá amigo, tudo bem? Também já tive esses bichos, logo no início do cultivo. Até pensei que vieram com a terra porque eliminei e nunca mais vi bichos desses.

Aphids please HELP!I am looking for advice to get rid of aphids. Currently using doctor doom 3 in 1 ( pyrethrin). Two days after treatment I still see aphids. Prior to using this I used insecticidal soap. I have used one treatment of each about 4 days apart. Thanks in advance.
