Is it good to defoliate twice in flower?

Usually I defoliate on the 21 day of flower, I also use scrog so it works great for me. I wonder if it's a good idea to defoliate again in later stages before I reach the end of flower? To increase yield and maybe save some work at harvest.

What I have learned is doing major defoliating late in flower takes away their ability to transfer power. And make bigger buds So now I only defoliate bud sites that are being covered by leaves late in flower . Plus late flower defoliating stresses the plant out slowing its bud formation

My dark devil auto has just started to flower, not even a full week in yet. I have it planted in a 13” terra cotta pot (~2-2.5gallon) and there are a couple roots coming out of the bottom of the pot. Should I attempt to transplant into a bigger pot or is there anything I can do?

Defoliate or not?So here i have 3 GSC’s. One is growing real slow so I’ve not done LST. One the 2 that i have done LST which are bigger ive defoliated one a little bit just yesterday. I can already notice its growing taller now than the other. Think i should do the same defoliation on the other?
