hi there Madhatter, there's only one thing that helps with yield and that's lateral growth. LST promotes lateral growth, therefore LST does help with yield. With early LST, there is such a thing as "overdoing" it, but hopefully you should be fine as long as you're not putting them parralel to the floor. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Defoliation/LST for Northern Lights Auto Hola!I am struggling a bit with deformation on my NL auto.
