The plant needs leaves for photosynthesis, if not blocking a bud site I would leave them. Defoliation on autos is tricky and gotta have a good understanding of what your doing and trying to achieve. Is also why they don't recommend Defoliation on them. Good luck and happy growing 🌱

It’s not good to do it when they are in flowering stage!! If u do to much u will slow them down and decrease yield!!!

I would recommend leaving them unless they are blocking bud sites. I also remove any fan leaves from the lower canopy that inhibits my ability to water them. Other than that they look healthy and are good to leave.
