Topping autoflowers is not a good practice, they don’t handle the stress well. Also, mainlining is a method of topping the plant multiple times to create more main colas, so really both of Bravehearts methods are not good for you.
Low stress training is the practice of tying the plant down to keep a lower more spread out canopy as opposed to vertical and tall.
For a small plant with assuming a small thin main stem, I would tie a lower portion of the plant to one side of your container, and tie the top of the container to the opposite side, causing they plant to lay in an upside down L shape. Have a decent feel while you do so as the main stem is flexible but it could snap.
