Cutting the bottom of biodegradable pots ?And when I will put them in the large 30l pots within 1 week, I am thinking of cutting the bottom of the biodegradable pots (because I have read that sometimes the roots have trouble getting through). Is it a good idea ?

Carry on or start again First try dwc and has not gone well from the start. Plants whent very yellow way more than they are now., I think they got way to wet. bigger one has roots just showing threw net. Question is should I bin the lot and start again 🤷

Transplanting I just transplanted yesterday into 5gallon pots, do they look ok ? I dropped Runtz onto itself. The others seemed okay even though soil went everywhere. Not sure what to do to make sure all the roots & plant are healthy still. Any suggestions?

Is this root rot? Can it be fixed?Over the past week I’ve noticed Plant 6 seems to have been stunted in its growth. It also doesn’t seem to be taking up water. All my other plants dry out fairly quickly. This one remains wet for days and days and doesn’t seem to dry out. Can I fix this? Will it kill the plant?

Soil Bluetooth Meter I just got a soil meter for measuring soil temp, fertilizer, moisture & lux. I’m not Sure if it’s working right cuz I just watered the day before yesterday & added nutrients. The lux makes since but I’m still not sure what the numbers mean including the fertilizer data given.

Fungi around the seedling I've noticed some small mushrooms coming out of the soil - I used mycorrhizae around the seed holes, but it's supposed to spread through the roots. There's also some greening on the parts of the soil like bark. Is that a good sign?

Indoor companions in the same container? I already use the CO2 mushroom bags. But what about in with the plants container an in an indoor grow?I am using coco coir and perlite as the medium. I would assume it would only make a difference if it was in the same container as the plants to interact. Or be a fungus, I think most produce at least some amount of CO2. Can I use companion fungus/plants in the same pot?

Purple stems/Advice I am a new grower and I noticed the stalks/stems on both of my plants are purple. They are clones on week 5, I use FoxFarms ocean forest soil and General Hydroponics FloraSeries along with CALiMAGic for nutrients. Is there anything else that appears to be wrong as well?
