Do it! I transplant my seedlings only one time, from a cup, to 20 gallons, they do just fine, just be careful with your watering cycles.

Does this include all the bare growth I have cleared off during toppings? ie, if the stalk at the bottom is 12" from the bottom to the start of the last topping, does that 12" count in?

Mainline 3rd topping with only 7 nodes?I'm using mainlining tech for one plant, the thing is one of the nodes didn't stretch yet, there's only one, I'm supposed to topping the 3rd node this week in order to have 8 main colas, but it looks like I have only 7, any ideas what it can be? autoflower, extended veg time, due to mainlining "topping,training" and stable genetics and pot size ?Could you in theory manipulate the veg time of an autoflower, by doing main-lining "lots of topping, training" with good genetics, oversized pot, 24 hour lights and good timing ? Ive experianced a few plants staying long in veg, without showing signs of stress or stunt.

Cutting off growth below node to be topped before topping day I am mainlining the girl for an outdoor summer grow. I'm planning on topping next on the 3rd node after the 4th node is a bit more developed. After topping, I will remove nodes 1 & 2.
