Whatever you do, remove the bottle, this is why her stem felt weak and the leaves look funny. Cannabis does not need hyper humidity to grow, but it does need GOOD air exchange to grow properly and air flow to strengthen the stem, 2 things that do not happen inside a "humidity dome".

Generally you did it good. Fat wires are best. You supported her and so on... BUT She is too weak and sick, it's stupid to put unhealthy person into sport event to compete, same with plants. Don't give her race before she is ready. Bigger humidity, 0.5 ml to liter Cal Mag daily spray ( pH 6.3 adjusted), do not over water her, wait till pot dries out - and you should be a winner with her.
