I have the LM-3100 Light Meter app on my iPhone using a piece of paper to diffuse like it instructs but I am not sure what the optimal Lux/FC should be.
Specifically for LED lights, it is confusing. I have a viaspectra P2590z what’s the max/optimal light?

Light intensityMy plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. I have now put it up to 60% giving a DLI off 39 will this be ok or should I keep it low. Week 2 flower.

LED distance in grow 80x80x160I placed the LED at a distance of 45-50cm from the seeds
and consequently it was about 65-70cm from the larger plant.
I have 4 plants
Is it ok like this?
I don't have a luxmeter and I use the phototone app to get an idea of the PPFD in each plant.

I am currently using two LED Pro Series 1000 & 2000 grow light . I have them both in 4 by 4 for the Wedding Glue. Recently learned about the PPFD and seed/veg range 200-400 PPFD. I got it around 330 ish to be safe. Other than that anyone have more than one light in grow tent?
