What you should do right now is start a diary. Without information, there's nothing we have to go on to even identify the problem let alone suggest ways of fixing it. Some might say the red stems indicate this and that - but some strains normally have red stems.... so you see our problem? We don't even know what it is you're growing, how old it is, how you're treating her, what her conditions are, what nutes you're giving, what the pH is, how much light she gets, etc, etc, etc.... So, what you should do is start a diary even if you can only cobble together information for one or two weeks...
