Distance from bulb or from reflector?I found content about the distance from grow lights to the plants. I Know that using a 250w MH bulb the distance should be in a range from 20cm to 30cm. But i dont know If I should measure the distance from the glass of the reflector or from the bulb itself to the plants. Help!Week 3

Light height and intensityHello all. Recently I upgraded my lights to 2 mars tsw 2000. I've noticed my plants are growing slowly compared to everyone else's. I have it set at 24 inches 25%. However a mars hydro admin posted 12 inches 75% during veg? Isn't that like 1500 ppfd? I'm so confused.Setup. Lighting

Noob questionI have 2 mars hydro ts1000 leds as my normal set up but I have also put back up my 600w dual spectrum HPS on an angle running at 4 to give extra light coverage, just wanted to know if there was any point in doing this as I’m not sure quite new to growing thanks in advance 💯✌️Setup.
