Hi Buddy. You have thrips. That is a adult you took a picture of. They lay their eggs in the soil and the young climb up the plant, they can also fly. Do you live in a country that they can live all year round and find your plants. I might try some nematodes you can order from most garden centers. Get a cup of water and add about 20 drops of Almond oil or Peppermint oil or Lemon Balm oil. Add about 10 drops of dish soap. Leave out in shallow plastic lids. These smells attract the thrips. I find Almond oil works best for me. It will kill all the adults that drink it. You can find the oils in the same stores that they sell incense. Please ask google for more answers. Chuck.

Hola. No tienes un diario, no tengo mucja informacion. Pero eso causa de la pudricion radicular. Que atapa esta tu planta? Cual es el ph que manejas? Cual es la temperatura de la solucion nutritiva? Necesitamos mas info. Lo que te puedo recomendar que cambies tu agua y hagas un lavado de raices. Agrega unas gotas de h2o2 para oxigenar el agua . El oxigeno mata microbios malignos para tus raices.
