This is my first grow and I'm not sure when to harvest. I have one plant with lots of frosty trichomes and a few orange hairs. Then another with a lot of orange but not a lot of frost. The third seems to be behind with mostly white hairs and clear trichomes. See pics Dec 16.Week 12

??When should I do the last defoliation ??I hear a lot never to do anything in flower that would stress the plants,pistols are showing but no solid buds. Hi! :)
Trichomes are pretty clear, although some milky ones appears, buds have almost all pistils brown.
What do you think? Should I harvest today, or next week?
PS: Why some trichomes doesn't have that "head"? Under microscope i can sometimes see a lot of them without head.Week 19

My calendar says these should be done on 9/10/2019 (in 4 days). Do they look like they're ready to harvest, or will they need more than 4 days? It may help to add that I am color blind, so seeing the amber colors of the trichomes is very difficult for me. Any help would be great!Week 16

When should I start feeding with nutrients?
I am using 1/3 soil (John innes no.1) 1/3 coir and 1/3 perlite. The soil says it has feed for 4 weeks, but I'm only using a 1/3 in my mix. Don't want to overload with nutrients when young?
