Nah... no problem at all! As long as you've got the first true leaves, the cotyledon's job is over and done with... and you can just forget about them. They do look a little leggy and probably because whatever that white stuff (paper? plastic?) around the top of the cup was preventing the light from getting to the plant so it grew tall trying to find the light... I would put some more soil in the cup to give that poor stem more support and get rid of the white paper/plastic altogether.
