Hey there if you used good soil I'd wait a couple weeks at least. Then feed at half strength to start, definitely consider adding a calmag supplement if you don't already use one. And the high phosphorus use with caution and definitely at low measurements. Check the estimated growth time and give in the last 4-6 weeks. Also a good tip, once flowering starts go in and remove any shaded useless branches/budsite from the bottom. Happy growing, sorry about the low germination rate. Sometimes that just happens.

What feeding schedule ? For which nutrient brand ?
When to give the 1st high phosphorus feed ? If you'r following a nutrient brand schedule then no need to ask yourself as they already did it for you.
When to fertilise for the 1st time? If your soil is pre enriched then you can wait for week 3 or 4 BUT if it's not pre enriched then you should start now with small dosage.

go sweet and simple in soil, dont feed anything until the second week then go with enzymes and cal mag including as a spray until week 2 of flower. At week 4 and some molasses, start flowering nutrients, then when the flowers are the size of your thumbs, add PK once and finish with an enzyme and molasses flush over two weeks for that sweet smooth smoke. I removed about 8 branches on my 4 plants ( all the ones the didnt reach near 50% of height)
I also removed som sugar leaves and fan leaves in the bottom, and two in the top to expose some underdevoloped buds.
