Could be a number of things. Looking at your leaves, what's left of em, there isn't much. Plants need leaves for photosynthesis. Did you swazz after week 3 flower? A detailed diary would help us help you. We don't know any history..
Curled up/burnt leaf tips indicate overfeeding. Curling down could be N toxicity or plant taking up more water to get the nutes it needs. I'm going with the ladder since you show signs of burn. It appears from pic the plant stretched quite a bit. Lights too far away, or not powerful enough. Your leaves look like what you'd find under a thick canopy. Leaves that get nearly no light. They never fully unfold themselves. You can grab a DLI chart from growlightmeter, and download photon from the app store. Photon will help you figure out optimal light power/distance. Just check with the back of your hand to make sure it doesn't "sting". If you feel it on your hand, it's too close.
Check runoff EC and PH. make sure PH isn't way off and EC isn't through the roof (compared to input). If PH is not within range, or EC is much higher than what you're putting in.. You'll need to flush the grow media. Plenty of vids on YT how to do so.
On the plus side, the pistols are white with a few red. It's still growing, just slower due to the spaghetti noodle leaves you have left. Unfortunately, at this stage in the plants life is not going to make any more fans, and only tiny sugars. It will take much longer to finish now.
