No true leaves after 9 days.Seedlings look healthy and green but have cotyledons only. Been feeding them nothing but filtered water (about 7 pH) with a spritzer up til 2 days ago i watered them first time about 100ml each (brand new potting soil wasn’t presoaked)

100ml sounds like a lot for such little plants. Water when dry. Watering more often with less water each time is better in my opinion. How dense is the soil? Maybe it’s not airy enough for the roots? The seedlings still do look healthy. Can you see very small leaves form in the Center between the embryonic leaves? If not at all maybe it’s a mutation? Would be very very weird on all of them though. Don’t add nutrients at the stage also. Wait till the third set of leaves start to form properly.

@creepysteeve Yes they all stood up and opened their cotyledons about a week ago but no true leaves since. Some have two minuscule tips between the cotyledons, hopefully those are the future true leaves. They look very healthy, hopefully it’s just the fact that they are quite old seeds.

did you post this same plant a week ago? looks to mas as if it has no growth tip. it will grow another, but it will take a very long time. stop choosing volume of water.. that's the wrong way. you water until entire pot is wet.. nothing less. you can figure out how much volume you need retroactively. you do not pick the volume. the pot size and medium does. this is unrelated to the lack of growth, but if you continue to do it your way, you will eventualyl cause problems for yourself... the potting soil hopeuflly is not too hot. that thing won't need much nutrients until it has ability for new growth. stick to water-only, but any hint of paling of those cotyledons means you need to start slowly adding some fertilizer. i'd suggest starting over if you have more seeds.. it might take weeks.

I see a couple of tiny little hairs inside which I assume to be the future leaves. I’m growing photos and yes the seeds are a couple years old at least.

Move your light to 55cm on the same setting. You don't say what you're growing, whether it's an auto or photoperiod ? If autoflower, these shouldn't be fed yet. The soil has everything they need for the first 3 weeks

Ich beleuchte auch mit einer 150W LED bei 25% auf 35cm Höhe -> das sind ca. 200 PPFD Was sagen die Wurzeln? Nach über 9 Tagen müssten doch unten schon Wurzeln herausschauen.

No dried tips it’s just the seed membrane. 150W LED running at 40% about 75cm high.
