hey there , growth rate is determined by perspiration of the leaves (opening and closing of the "airholes" in the leafs) which is determined by the environment especially VPD : the relationship between the temperature and humidity . at this stage you want something like 26°C and 70%+ humidity . next time if you spray water or cover the plants you'll see faster growth, for now best is to be patient.
