Does this look like early signs of botrytis? I just noticed discoloration today after watering/feeding them with the rest of of my molasses, kelp, mosquito dunk solution last night. Some of the stems are purpling say maybe just pigmentation? Humidity has been below 60

That’s just some early signs of color/anthocyanins. This will have a colorful finish given the way it looks.. Definitely not budrot

Naaa… No bud rot at this stage (this tends to happen at the end of flowering), just a light phosphorus deficiency. :3

The yellowish color (which could be a sign of late bud rot)is not what is worrying to me, its that brownish bud rot-looking color towards the center that has me concerned. not sure if I was clear about that or not i thought it was kind of early as well to be having these issues especially since my environment has been good.

At this stage of the growth it’s a bit too early for getting bud rot problems. It usually happens by the end of flowering. Buds leaves start dying and can be plugged off easily, instead of holding tight on the bud.

It looks like it is just fast growth. You likely need to cut back on nitrogen. It Is way too strong for this stage if you have not already. If your stem then a purple redish then it is a magnesium deficiency.
