It is holding itself up and looks okay to me. if you recently cranked up light in response, just make sure it continues to develop some length between growth nodes (internode). I've seen some tricky seedlings before. A few like to stretch even if you pelt it with light, then all you end up with is 2 nodes tightly stacked on each other an on the way to stunting its growth. They quickly need more light, though. After the first 24h they need a heft jump. Then, within a few days more probably giving near full power for a vege plant over 18h. The color of the stem is also a good indicator. if it turns pale, it's probably stertching too much and needs more light. If it was getting lanky and you upped light, just give that a second to sink in before reaction more. Take some notes of distance and power used (if there is a dimmer) with that light. Within a couple cycles you'll have a roadmap to follow and conidence it works well. Every environment impacts exactly what that roadmap is, so there's always a little trial and error to start.

I don't think your young shoot has stretched too much, it's good not to have the first branches very close to the ground. But if you don't want it to grow any further, you can move the lamp closer so that it doesn't have to go looking for it. On the other hand, I don't know if you use starter pots, but you should wait until your plant is a bit bigger before transplanting it into a larger pot. When they're small, plants need less light, so in starter pots you reduce the surface area and so you can have much less powerful light to put just above them. However, I think it's a bit too early to introduce wind to this plant before it starts growing.

Seedlings can go looney for the light if it’s not powerful enough or too far away. You can add a little fan to make a gentle airflow to shake gently the seedling. It will strengthen its stem and stop the seedling from stretching.
