Do i need to adjust my grow light?

My plant is 3 weeks old tomorrow (lsd25auto) and currently the ppfd sits st about 150, does it need to be adjusted ??

If you have LED light, you definately should increase the light level to 400 ppfd! 150 is much to low.

150μmol/m².s is very low to me.
You can start increasing gradually to reach 400μmol/m².s

Lights for heat- 24/7 okay?I really need the heat of the lights to keep the inside of my tent warm. To warm the air around the tent 24/7 would be expensive- much more expensive than using the lights all the time. But will this work with 24 hour lights? Will that stress the plants? Firstly, is the reason why my plants (especially cookies) are very slightly curling/folding at the ends of the leaves because the LED is too powerful?(Reason to be worried?)

Have to hide my lovevly plant, what to do?Funny question, my landlord has to come over to check some stuff in my flat. I'll obviously have to hide it but it will change the light schedule, it's gonna be longer in the dark (probably around 3hours more). Is it a problem?

Distance from bulb or from reflector?I found content about the distance from grow lights to the plants. I Know that using a 250w MH bulb the distance should be in a range from 20cm to 30cm. But i dont know If I should measure the distance from the glass of the reflector or from the bulb itself to the plants. Help!Week 3

MARS HYDRO TS600 LIGHT STILL ON WHEN TIMER SWITCHES OFFit is a known problem i found 2 forum posts discussing it.
Different timers have been tried but it always remains the same.
Someone said with a mechanical timer the problem is solved I will try that as soon as I have one.
In any case, this is absolutely unacceptable.
