Do i need to adjust my grow light?

My plant is 3 weeks old tomorrow (lsd25auto) and currently the ppfd sits st about 150, does it need to be adjusted ??

If you have LED light, you definately should increase the light level to 400 ppfd! 150 is much to low.

150μmol/m².s is very low to me.
You can start increasing gradually to reach 400μmol/m².s

Vegetative Plants and UV?as my plants grow bigger I added the second light in the tent but that one doesnt have switches for UV, IR so when I plug it in all the bulbs are working. Reflector and bulb problemsHi I have two parabolic reflectors and when I accidentally hit them when I’m watering the bulb goes out so I turn it off and 5min later on again but now the bulbs don’t work so I replaced them and it done it again pretty sure it’s the reflector any1 have problems like this b4

When to flip LED's 'bloom' switch on?When's the best time to flip the 'bloom' switch on my LED with an auto?
Should it be at the first sign of pistils or is there a better time to do so?
I have already flipped the switch for this plant and kept photo-period the same, looking for info for next grow.

what ppfd for 20/4 autoflower?Just bought the FC-4800 and before this I had always measured my light using inches away from canopy however I want to learn how to use the light using PPFD. I have found average measurements online but what should I aim for for a 20/4 autoflower schedule please?

T5 "full spec" 100W x 4 and 1 x 200w CFL (Wedging Bulb)High! I got 100w/total, 4x1 T5 Led-strips 40cm long 2cm wide (DIY-lamp, every strip is on a fitted plate 3cm between etch other). Swapping day/night light cycle during flowerDay 22 of flower. Lights are on during the day, 8am-to-8pm but we need to switch to 8pm-to-8am to use the colder night air to cool our lights without using a/c. Would it negatively affect the plants at this point in flower to give them 24hrs dark & completely swap light cycle?
