Not many trichomes, almost time to harvestThis plant doesn't have nearly as many trichomes as my other of the same strain and age. I can see some with a magnifying glass but not with the naked eye. Flushing before harvest? Really? Any good science evidence to support or just commonly held belief?Is flushing the last two weeks something that really affects flavor/quality of harvested flower? Consensus among websites support it as real.... (But plenty of commonly held beliefs such as you shouldn't swim within 30 minutes after eating aren't true.)6y ago

Floweringprogress at day 53 (out of 70-75 days)The lady (Laughing Buddha) has been in bloom for 53 days out of a theoretical 70 to 75 days. The trichomes are now looking quite mixed here and there. How to force open closed calyx'sI've noticed at times on some of my grows that some calyx's remain closed when others calyx's surrounding are open.
