in growth? a nitrogen fertilizer and root stimulator. in flowering? you should give PK fertilizer

Roots sticking out in 3 gallon is this normal 2 weeks after transplant?I grow in a 3 gallon and the roots are sticking out beneath but the plant has not substantially grown and she only got transplanted 2 weeks ago to this pot. Is this normal for fabric pots? I read that it’s normal for the roots to shoot down first and than fill up the rest?

transplant before switch ?What do you think guys, should i transplant the Gorilla Ghosts once again before i flip them to flower ? Currently in 15L Airpots. I wanna scrog the 2 plants in a 1.20x1.20 tent under 600W HPS - later 480 LED . I have 20 L Plastic pots/39 L fabric pots at home.Week 10

Slow growth / not spreading out much / compact plant. What gives ? Should I attempt to defoliate to get more light in there / pump more nutes ?Any advice on making it grow faster ? I'm in the 7th week of veg and it's not as bushy as it should. Still growing, just slow. It doesn't seem to want to spread much horizontally / fan leaves are staying relatively small. I'm in 3rd week of LSTing. Am I being impatient ?

Feeding with dense roots?So I'm using 5 and 7 gallon pots and I'm using Gaia greens and some worm poo for my feed but once they start to take off into flower, all of my dry amendments build up on top bc of the roots. Roots coming through FabPot ,normal ?.Hi guys is it normal to have roots forcing through the fabPot ?,
this pot is 15-18 L (filled 15-16L)
She is sat (blue dream auto) on a tray aprox 3cm deep, I usually water till it drains and fills the tray ,this is sucked up in a few hours ,watering 1l 24hrs as shes drinking
