At this stage of the plant's development, I’d recommend leaving it as it is for now. In a few days, I’ll take another look and reassess the overall health and structure of the plant. I’ll only remove leaves if they’re clearly yellowing, damaged, blocking light to important growth areas, or otherwise hindering the plant’s progress. The goal is to maintain a balance between airflow, light penetration, and preserving healthy foliage to support continued growth.

Hey there 👋 From my point of view your plant looks pretty good. Considering how she looks I would not suggest to defoliate anymore. Defoliation is suggested until first weeks of flowering. Concluding you can still defoliate in a later stage if needed. Hope this helped 👊 Happy growing 🍀👍

Less leaves = less energy being made = less growth.............it is that simple.

For a start, put those autos down. For nthe most part theres no reason to ngrow autos as photos do everything an autos does but do it better. If you are doing autos then dont train them unless your an experienced grower. If you'd left vthat it would more than likely be several times bigger.Again, photos would be better to learn training with as they'll grow for as long as you want.Iv grown them for 2yrs to use as clones. If you ness a photo up when training you just give her a few more weeks and she'll be back to where she was before the mistake. They only flower when you give them 12hrs of darkness, and you save on electric as they only need 12hrs of light during flower.I take as much as 50% off my plants before flower but they're more than 10 times the size of yours. This plant does not need it.You only need to defoliate when the lower growth is heavily shaded.

At the current stage of the plant’s development, I would leave it as it is for now. In a few days, I’d take another look and then decide which leaves, if any, could still be removed.

Leave it bro, expecially with autos you need maximal photosynthese Rate… No need for now to defoliate
