I've seen twins in the same shell , maybe you'll have tat kind of mutation ? if it's only a seedling with 3 roots then prepare yourself for a big eater

One time i find inside one seed 2 seedlings separated roots but they were connected higher when i plant them they have 2 main steam from begining :D

From clones.. A few weeks in, plant on bottom right doesn't appear to be rooting and is wilting.At a glance, does anyone have any advice for this grow? I am using miracle grow performance organics for soil, two full spectrum 30w LEDs, grow tent is 3x3x10-12.
