Eerly flower still.. you have 2-3 weeks of vege growth remaining, so it isn't full size.
So many variables invovled in growth rate.. some in your control and some not.
Based on color, can probably feed a bit more than you have. that could help as long as it isn't over-fed... it's a balance you'll get better at, and quickly if systematic about it - like taking notes of what and when you did things and adjusting next time based on results.
You've got some chlorosis creeping in a tthe top from the petiole-out, which helps diagnosis. download a leaf symptom chart. start learning symptoms. recognize that tehy overlap (not discrete) and requires more info to confidently diagnose.. again a benefit of tracking your behaviour so you can refelct on it.
i grew for years in fabric pots and now use nursery pots and see zero difference in growth rates. If there is a statisticaly significant difference, it is tiny. I would say you should use more perlite or similar in the medium. if it's a 'soil' you want 50% of volume being some sort of amendment like perlite.
