if I have a sativa60/indica40 hybrid is there a way I can make it express it’s indica genes more like through habitat? I was listening to do short talk anout gene expression and environmental variables causing them could someone elaborate please?

When doing defoilation I teilled off all the fan leaves except four at each top. My question is how much of the other branches should I trim off too?
Also, should you trim a bit at a time so there is not much shock or everything at once?

1st grow and in growing more than i should be but wth. To top it off I'm growing non autoflowers in the same tent that are 9, 7, & 1 week old. I'm going 18-6 all the way through until the last 2 weeks, then I'll flip to 12/12. Is that a good idea? Any advice would be greatly apprWeek 1
