They had an hour drive roadtrip today, I hope they didn't get stressed. Moved them to their new home where they are under a 825W Gavita HPS. Today I stopped the Botanium's nutrients and started the Advanced Nutrient's PH Perfect Micro/Grow/Bloom, 1ml of each, inside their 1lt tank. Overall so far they look really healthy, happy, and smell good. This is basically an attempt to grow weed the easiest way possible... I started this grow under my desk with fluorescent tubes ducktaped on it... It's also an experiment to see if it's possible to grow Cannabis with a Botanium. This is an almost completely automatic grow using a simple automatic hydroponic system pot that has an inside timer and waters the plants every 3 hours, and they also claim that it's impossible to overwater the plant with this system. Let's see through this test... The capacity of the pot is kinda small to grow a big juicy tree, so I'm trying to get just a few nugs the simplest way possible... The strain is Green-O-Matic which is one of the smallest cannabis strains ever bred. It consists of some really interesting parents which are White Dwarf, Low Rider, a short Moroccan landrace and a short Ruderalis landrace I hope you enjoy this simple experiment...

High GD community Week 16, Zuchinis all around, tomatoes getting ready on a daily. Cucumbers are getting almost mature proportions. Everything going well. Terra preta Location: center perma garden Surface: 125cm x 105cm Depth: 115cm The hole was dug out over 3 days, it were very sunny days. 😅 Theres mostly loamsand with a small sandloam bottom that was very hard. The sand was also very compressed and hard. The top layer is this grey dusty soil of about 40cm deep. At the bottom theres pure sand thats soft, easy drainable. First step is to fill up the entire bottom with fine chopped wood, progressively using bigger pieces of wood. I try to use some hardwood like oak to for its extra K (potassium = pot ash). A bit of charcoal to. This will take the entire first day, bcs it needs to have a minimal ticknes of pure ashes of around 5cm. Otherwise, after compressing it with the upcoming layers, the ash-line would almost disappear. Not all the wood needs to be burned entirely. Its a first layer with lots of N and K. Bones can be used to in the fire making the NPK complete. But it can be added also as a separated layer. I dont have that much bone material because my 2 dogs, or eating, or burry them somewere. Little warning at the end, be aware of your local laws applied to open fires. 😅😉 After a good burn ive got between 8 and 12cm of ashes in total over the entire surface. A small layer of soil (5cm) is put on top of that. Theres no need to harden out that layer, pressure will to the work and the layers will compress over time into ideal circumstances. On to the next layer!! Next is a layer of the compost, but the part that isnt allready decomposed. Its green/brown/yellow of color. And a bit of everything, grass, weeds, leafs and some thin branches. Another layer soil to cover that up. Now i formed a thin layer of chopped(10mm) wood(beech), just enough to make a thin,almost 1 piece high, layer. On to this i added a complete wheelbarrel of compost(black) with small pieces of still not completly decomposed materials. Lots of worms here. On that, you guessed it, an other layer of soil. I try to have both types of soil in that mix, the almost pure sand and the more grey type. Next, back to the beech. This time the rest of the bag follows. Theres a good layer of around 3cm deep. On this ive layed down some new small woodsticks to make a small fire again. Starting at the center and adding some last branches i found. It turned out really smoky!! Half way the burn ive opend the core of the fire, trying to spread the small pieces of char over the complete surface. After that, i added for the first time some water here. And an other layer of soil again, this is just covering up each time. Max 5cm!! Now we are at the upper half of the pit. Still 50cm to go. Now ive added some compost again, the green/brown/yellow one, with on top of that, a 15 liter bucket with compressed bokashi fermentated kitchen leftovers. Making a layer out of that and some fresh bokashi juice with 10 liters of water to drain those benificial bacteria into to compost layer just underneath it. This layer is almost 20cm tick. Again, yeah, soil, 5cm. Ive bought some blond peat to at to to toplayers. Last 25 to 30cm of soil, is a mix of the peat(20%) and the two other types of soil. First ill do tiny layers of each, last 10cm i try to mix it. And to finish the job, ive took some 100% reused and composed soil with some perlite in it from past use. I havent watered a lot, but the meteo predicts a good amount of water in the upcoming days. The soil that stayed and didnt get back to its original place, ive used to make a new top layer on the rest of the mini field. I havent used clay because it was hard to find or just to expensive. Beside the peat(250l), i didnt buy anything. So its labor intensive, but real cheap. Everything is fine i saw some fading on 2 plants but i think cold weather + molybdenum deficiency caused that purple color so i add some micro elements include molybdenum. this week is warm again and i love it smells like candy but 2 of them got some sour aroma to :) I believe they need more than what breeders say in my climate they say8/9 w but i think at least 10 w they need to mature maybe hot climate causes this

Having quite a bit of trouble with fading leaves, burning and just can't figure out what is going on. I've top dressed on Saturday to try give her a boost, it looks like potassium deficiency but it also looks a touch like toxicity too... very confusing.... so what I'm going to do is just give water until the end now. 4 weeks ish should be ok and I reckon I can limp her home if shit hits the fan. Hoping its just deficiency and the top dress will fix it. I've not overfed with amendments so I don't understand it really. The buds are still growing no problem and calyx are starting to swell in places... all a bit weird.

Week 16 (Harvest) 30-1 First day of darkness. Temperature: 27.9 degrees (lights on) 18.8 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 65% (highest) 48% (lowest) 31-1 Second day of darkness. Temperature: 24.5 degrees (lights on) 19.5 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 65% (highest) 50% (lowest) 1-2 Drying day 1 The Saparot is ready to be harvested! Before chopping her down, i took a lot of pictures. I was able to remove most of the soil to see the rootball. I hang plant as a whole to have a slow dry. The exhaust fan is on setting 4. 2-2 Drying day 2 Temperature: 19.1 to 17.5 degrees Humidity: 62% to 57% I changed the exhaust fan to setting 2 because setting 4 was a bit high in my opinion. 3-2 Drying day 3 Temperature: 19.9 to 18 degrees Humidity: 62% to 59% I changed the exhaust fan to setting 1, as someone told me that it was enough air movement for drying. 4-2 Drying day 4 Temperature: 19.8 to 18.5 degrees Humidity: 62% to 59% 5-2 Drying day 5 Temperature: 19.9 to 18.8 degrees Humidity: 62% to 59% Today i checked on the drying plants and the buds are shrinking a bit, they are getting a little bit crispy on the outside aswell, I hope they wont dry as fast, and i aim for a 12/14 day dry. Cant find the temps for 6-2 to 2-13. I do have a video when she was at the half of the dry process. 14-2 Trim day, yay! She was easy to trim, the buds are nice and dense, and there was not a too high bud/leaf ratio! She dried for 14 days. End results: Dried buds: 81 Grams. Dried Trim: 18.5 Grams. I am really surprised how good these genetics are! If you like CBD, i really suggest trying JYM Seeds out! The Saparot smells very fruity almost like a fruity coctail. The buds are super dense, and very bag appealing. After some months of curing the sweet fruity smell changed to a more sour smell, but still smells amazing! To be honest, i cured her a bit poorly, burped too less, and because the buds are so compact she holds moisture better then normal, so she tastes harsh, but thats on me. I have a pack of JYM's Sour Fruit aswell, so i will for sure try it out again! And my hope is already very high :D Thanks for following my diary, and feel free to check my others out aswell! Week 4 middle floração and they are looking beautiful….

Day 71 - Starting week 11 and still not much going on. Gave her water and nutes yesterday and just letting her fatten up as much as possible before chopping. From the looks of her, she’s still got a couple weeks but starting to show quite a bit of cloudy trichs but still quite a few clear. Day 72 - No major issues still, she is definitely foxtailing and not looking like the buds are gonna be as fat and dense and they could be but thinking it was either because of the heat we had for a bit or could of been from stress when I did the heavy defoliation or just a combo of them both but she’s for sure stinky and sticky and should still produce a good amount. I did give her two gallons of water and nutes today and thinking about just straight water from here on out. Day 73 - Still nothing new today but I am noticing that most of the colas aren’t really fattening up much but continuing to foxtail so might end up chopping her this weekend, especially since she’s pretty much all cloudy trichs in there with just a few sporadic clear and ambers. Gonna give her a few more days to see what happens and decide what to do this weekend. Day 74 - She’s most likely going to be getting the chop tomorrow. She’s foxtailing pretty bad now and I looked all over and couldn’t find any clear trichs, all cloudy with scattered amber. So instead of her continuing with the foxtailing, I’ll harvest her and salvage what I can. Day 75 - Nothing new, decided to give her another day or two before chopping, might end up doing it on Sunday. Day 76 - Still not ready to chop this girl yet so gonna give her a little more time and might not do it tomorrow either. Might end up giving her another week. Every time I think I’m ready to chop, I’ve been told to give her another week so that’s what I’m gonna do. Day 77 - The end of week 11 and giving her some more time before chopping. Not sure when I’m gonna cut her down yet but she keeps throwing out more and more pistils so letting her go at least another week.

Welcome to the second week of flowering of the Limited edition strain Orange Skunk Ryder This thing smell dank... really really dank... dank like a real skunk I wouldn't recommend this one for indoor growing without air filter. such small thing with such big smell it's only in week 2 of flowering, i was expecting some flowering hairs and that would be all i could expect. But this thing has a small handfull of small nuggets that are feeling quite dense already... a bit early to be that compact perhaps, but very nice to see
