Hi lovely people, how are you doing? So, week 3 here since I put the seed to germinate and the plant is AMAZING, I really like how the plant is developing! I started the LST this week, can you people tell me if I am doing it well? Thank you for the help. Love you all :-)

So today I started the flush, is the first time I used a product to flush, I have read and basically, the community is split in half about to flush or not to flush, I will see first hand if actually flushing creates a better quality.

To start the week i'm seeing the buds start to swell, i've also had to give a peroxide foliar spray to be sure i'm not going to be ingesting mites... shall see how it goes. ---- sprayed some dilute 3% peroxide mixed 2-1 with water. misted the shit out of it with distilled to get the humidity up afterwards the ladybugs were having a field day on all the water fleeing spider mites. see video

The plants had been a little root-bound before transplanting them into the bigger pots, this showed in a yellowing of the leaves and a slowed growth. During week 5, now in the bigger pots, the plants are recovering quickly. The start to grow in a nice healthy green color and quickly get bigger in size. Since the light-mix has nutrients in it for appr. 2 weeks, I only add a little BIO NOVA Roots and BN-Zym to my 'FLEXITANK' reservoir. After adding the nutrients I measure the ph-value and see its 6,6. That is too high for cannabis-plant on soil, they cannot take up all nutrients at that ph-level. Therefore I use ph-min from BIO NOVA to decrease the value of the 100 liter nutrient solution in my reservoir to ph=6,0. At this ph-level the plants can take up all nutrients they need for a healthy growth. My two SANlight EVO4-120 LED-fixtures are hanging 75 cm above the plants and are tilted inwards by 11 degrees, following the recommendations of the lights manufacturer. The fixtures are dimmed to 60% of power (=1 green light ON on the dimmer) at this stage, so they plants get a nice stretch and grow into bigger plants fast.

Week 1 of flower hydro and organics

This was the second seed of Fruity Pebbles auto I dropped from ILGM. The first seed was a slow sprouter. I thought it was not gonna go, and it finally did. So now I got 2. What’s growing on everyone? Hope everyone’s gardens are looking fire, this week my plants are starting to do some visual growth on the top, I think it’s roots are finally getting used to it’s little cups. I grow this strain commercially and it always stays small but I’ve never run it from seed before, super cool to watch. I didn’t change much in my veg tent at all except upped my daytime temps a little bit to keep my VPD right where I want it to be sitting at. The exciting upgrade I made to my garden this week was the sunsystem 1850 6 bar style LED I got for flowering on a Black Friday deal at my local grow shop. Came with a free gavita controller couldn’t beat it. That’s all I really have to report this week, good luck everyone, I’ll be back for another update next week. 💪🏼

4th week of vegetation. The girl has grown healthy and entered in the blooming phase, and the first pistils are starting to appear. I've increased the dose of bio grow to 0.7 ml per 3 L and I'll continue for 2 more weeks. See you next week happy growing

What can I say she is coming along nicely. Not showing any signs of deficiencies or nutrient burn. Bud size is the same as a salts run with General Hydroponics Flora Series. Fingers crossed I've got my bloom formula nailed down now. Resolved an issue with fungus gnats and having a small problem with some 2 spotted spider mites, which I treated with some predatory mites which is the reason I had to turn up the humidity as this species of predator mite likes it above 60%.

Few more weeks before topping them. They all popped up nicely.

She is doing her thing gave her a good defoliate again to open her up. She had 3 x half ml doses of pk on top of 3ml bloom over the coarse of the week. Pk dropped bloom kept at 3ml. Overall very impressed halfway through this week in the video and boom baby she’s getting there

For the last day of the year we treat ourselves to the story of a special little girl. Her name is Biscotti, her name already says it all about the potential of this young girl born in Holland with this beautiful Italian Strain Name, she is precious and full of style since conception. She looks like she was designed by Pininfarina who smokes joints. It's a bit as if Gianni Versace had dressed her, extravagant, provocative, truly flamboyant, if you have the patience to look at the thousand photos that I made clear that I literally couldn't stop taking. It's a journey I don't want to leave, especially when I'm in the middle of it. terpenes, please leave me there! She grew up quietly, with her small internodal distance you could see that she was beautiful even without flowers, but it was when she flowered that she truly gave her best. Already from the first weeks of flowering you can understand very very well that the girl has a bright color and she threw resin very early thanks to Power Buds, Sugar Royal and Green Sensation in my opinion. The flowers have an imposing shape, they really are beautiful little purple beasts just in the dry room, for a few days soon we will do an initial test and then we will wait to taste it without too much fresh taste. I’m about sure to have rated 10 stars the strain and all feeding 5 stars but i found the strain rated 9 stars and the feeding 4, not sure but almost sure. I often get sad when I cut it, I'm too sad to cut it, I always think I'll smoke it and everything, but it's so beautiful that it makes my heart ache to cut it. It's her life cycle, otherwise she would rot for goodness sake, it's a joke but I really have a moment of shock in her heart. She'll move on to the first vaporized one I guess. Technique used - She was worked with a. single topping cut but leaving the two branches lower than the cut, thus obtaining 4 main branches with the relative branches. I also did a bit of LST at the beginning but having space problems then I decided not to let it expand too much. Flowers are beautiful beasts for truly yummi. Fertilizers - We have to make a special mention of Plagron I wrote a review in this diary which only partially explains how good this line of fertilizers is. I feel like I saw with my own eyes the changes in the plants when I gave the additives, I really saw the plants push in resin and everything. For more information read the review, I don't like to be repetitive, I don't write the quantities, they are also in the diary and in any case very similar to those recommended by the manufacturer. Never exceed this with any fertilizer and always flush. Week 4 (13/02 - 19/02) During this week I will continue to monitor the training adjusting the ropes in order to allow the development of secondary branches. I will increase the extractor time to 7 hours in the morning and 8 hours during the afternoon because I noticed that, during the last days of previous week, the humidity increased faster when the extractor was off. The extractor will be at 30% of its capacity. I will also try to increase the water quantity because the plants are growing well and faster. No changes to the cooling/heating system parameters. I will add the Bio-bloom to the pants every two watering days. 13/02 D21: only water sprayed on leafs in the morning. 14/02 D22: watering day. I added 2 ml of Bio-grow plus 1 ml of Bio-bloom to 2 liters of tap water 15/02 D23: today I removed the couple of single leafs to each plant. Sprayed leafs with tap water. 16/02 D24: - 17/02 D25: watering day. I added 2 ml of Bio-grow to 2 liters of tap water. 18/02 D26: leafs sprayed with water. Increased the distance lamp from the top to 30/40 cm. Increased the light power to 100% 19/02 D27: watering day. 2.5 liters of tap water only.
