With up to 15% THC levels, Cherry Pie is an award-winning Indica hybrid bred from a cross between Grandaddy Purple and Durban Poison by PieGuy and Jigga between 2003 and 2004. This is a very hard strain to obtain in its authentic version; however, it is extremely worth trying, as it produces some of the most delicious terpene profiles. Cherry pie is a moderately challenging strain to grow and is recommended for more advanced growers since it can be quite finicky and susceptible to stress. This strain offers flavors that are as enticing as a freshly baked cherry pie, with notes of earthy, sweet wild berries that reveal sour, spicy, and fruity tastes as you exhale. It truly delivers flavors that make your mouth water and delight the senses. In terms of effects, Cherry Pie acts as a mood booster while relaxing both the body and mind, allowing you to focus on your thoughts before it puts you to sleep. This strain is highly sought after strain by medical patients, especially those seeking relief from stress, anxiety, and insomnia.
