Another easy week, this setup just looks after itself. All I have to do is water and top up my bacteria from time to time (maybe the odd booster here and there), it feels like cheating.
I went away for 4 days and in that time one of the seedlings has become a monster and the other is quickly catching up. I gave them about 1L each before I went to see them through the time I was away and they look perfect, not under or over watered at all.
Lefty2 = bigger plant
Righty2 = smaller plant
They look switched in this weeks diary as I was trying to see if there were any enviornmental factors helping plants on left of tent grow more than right of tent, it simply appears to be genetic and I swap them back into 'correct positions' next week.
Lefty2 grow up to 15cm with a few nodes developed so I lash her down last night with some LST wire and opened her up to the light. Lefty2 looking very strong and healthy, I am expecting good things from her. Accidentally watered her with about 250ml of pH 9.50 and quickly washed it down with 500ml of pH 6.0 and she doesnt look to have suffered at all.
Righty2 is a few days behind so hasn't had the LST treatment yet, if she doesnt grow up like Lefty2 I will probably not LST her and let her grow naturally, if she starts growing like crazy she will also be getting tied down.
Root Juice - seems to be doing its thing? (Hard to tell with it being a soil grow, don't want to do digging)
Added some alg a mic to reduce potential stress from LST for Lefty2 and just to give some more food for my microbes.
Watering - as and when they need it (quite lazy with it this time, bigger waterings less often, even at this stage).
RQS boosters - plants looking great so will start this weekend.
Looking at getting more BioBizz boosters to supplement the RQS base nutrients once the RQS booters run out in a few weeks.
Hope you all have a great week, see ya next time!
Damn stinkkyy that is looking goooooood. Your thoughts on this strain outdoors? I will have them outdoors in 2022 but im wondering how resistand they are, so i know if i can start with this strain or drop those beens later in season:) nice gouda incents coming of??
@NatureSolutions, Stinking dude - smells like cheese with melted plastic and diesel! the dry nutes let me down a bit this time but they ran the northern lights perfect last time, i think the LST got these cheese girls very hungry.
Just finished harvest - about 3 hours to trim down the 2 plants and probably end up with about 90-100g dry from the looks of it.
Didn't notice any pests, going outdoors definitely dependent on climate - my temps were a bit low this time until late flowering (I didnt fire up furnace until late november) I think if you go for 20/22oC night and 26/28oC day temps they will do very well - until late flo my temps were say 16-23oC and I think a few more degrees would be perfect.
Worth a grow for sure, the carbon filter couldnt keep the Stink under wraps at the end!
