Day 1: She starts off quite powerfully and stretches a little too much for my taste. The LED was running at 20 % for the first day.
Day 2: Now, I raised to 40 % for the LED as she kept stretching (now 5cm). I also transplanted her into her final pot with 50 % coco and 50 % light mix.
Day 3: She grew 1 cm and more in height than the leafs. So, I bumped the LED to 60 %, maybe this strain needs a bit more light.
Day 4: It seems, she likes the light like this. Take a look at her leafs. Again, she grew 1 cm in height.
Day 5: She did not grow a lot in height, but look at her leafs. Great development so far. I watered her with 0.5 L @6.4 and nutrients mentioned above.
Day 6: I'm not sure what happened. When I opened the tent this morning, she was laying on the soil, the leafs pointing towards the light. Maybe the stem is not strong enough to hold the heavy top? Now, I fixed her. Again she stretched about 1 cm in height, so I bumped the light to 80 %. I hope all this will satisfy her.
Day 7: Here we are again! She made it and is almost strong enough to stand on her own.

Day 8: Let's start the second week. She develops great now. She is almost strong enough to stand on her own again.
Day 9: Her development is so fast. Great to see her standing and producing new leafs. I watered her with 0.5 L @ 6.5 with nutrients mentioned above.
Day 10: Only 10 days and she is already developing her 3rd node like a champ. Nothing to do today.
Day 11: The 4th node is starting to develop 😳 Nothing to do today. I watered her with 0.5 L @ 6.5 with Plagron Alga Grow instead of Vitalink Plant Start
Day 12: Nothing to do today.
Day 13: I want to try the manifold technique with this grow. So, first step is applied today. Top above the 3rd node and remove foliage of the 1st and 2nd node. Let's wait how she reacts to that.
Day 14: Look how happy she raises her leafs. I watered her with 0.5 L @ 6.4 again with Plagron Alga Grow instead of Vitalink Plant Start.

Day 15: Nothing to do today.
Day 16: She looks very healthy and the 2 branches are developed enough, to LST them already a bit. I watered her with 0.5 L @ 6.4 and nutrients above (except Plagron Alga Grow, at this time it was 2 ml/L). Also, I placed a bowl with water and a CO2 Tab beside her.
Day 17: She is so fast, strong and look at her 2 very huge leafs. Almost as big as my hand already 😳
Day 18: Look at her, she is about 45cm wide already. And thirsty. Today, I gave her 1 L @ 6.4 with nutrients mentioned above.
Day 19: She broke herself a branch 😔 Maybe the ground peg was a bit to tight. The other branch ripped the ground peg out of the soil. I will let her grow now and hope she will finish anyhow fine. Today, I also startet the Autopot System.
Day 20: She is still going strong, even after her loss of a branch. Also the AutoPot system seems to be accepted pretty well and she drinks a lot, already.
Day 21: It seems like she loves the CO2 Tab and the AutoPot system. Nothing to do today.

Day 22: I applied some LST to the top node and to the 2 side branches. Yesterday I updated the setup with a AC Infinity CLOUDLINE PRO T4 incl. the CONTROLLER 69 PRO. I target a VPD between 0.7 and 0.8 kPa.
Day 23: The heating got a bit too close to the leaf. Except that, everything looks fine!
Day 24: It seems she gets a bit too much water from the AutoPot system. The moisture increases since I started with it constantly and is now at about 41%. I stopped it to give her a chance to absorb it. Today, I see the first signs of her sex.
Day 25: Now the tray of the AutoPot system is soaked dry, finally. I want her to consume until the moisture is at about 25% and start the AutoPot system again. Maybe I was a bit too early with that. And look how beautiful she grows, even with to much fed to her and with one branch. Imagine she had the second branch still 🤯
Day 26: She loves the LST and is growing great! The sensor in the soil is still reporting 46% moisture and now it has stopped rising. The sensor also reports that the EC value of the soil is dropping at the moment. A good sign that she is hungry.
Day 27: I'm pretty amazed on how she develops. Have look at her huge leafs! I pushed the light to the Controller setting 8, which should be 80%. The moisture of the soil is getting down again. I guess, I'm able to turn on the AutoPot system in 2 to 3 days and now, she should be strong enough. Nothing else to do today.
Day 28: Nothing to do today. I think I start the AutoPot system tomorrow, again.

Day 32: She is still growing and today, I setup the net to catch her.
Day 33: Today I removed some leafs at the bottom. Take a look at the huge leaf 😳 They are also really strong! Everything looks healthy so far.
Day 34: She is filling the tent and pushing against the net. I bumped the light to max. level, today. Nothing else to do today.
Day 35: She stretches a lot. I pressed down a few leafes. Last picture of the week, let's see what happens next week. There's nothing to do today.

I noticed the moisture of the medium (50% coco, 50% light mix, based on a layer of expanded clay) is getting higher and higher with the AutoPot system (now at ~45%). I stopped it for now. I'm wondering, if that is normal? What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions someone?
Different mediums will have different saturation points, my medium regularly goes to 70+ on a watering. Problems don't arise from taking up too much water. It's only a problem when your medium wants to hold onto it for too long.
Water in nature, evaporates, uptakes, or drains.
We only have uptake or evaporates as options, not sure what pots your even using but with coco its pretty hard to over water, almost impossible if your using airpots.
Relative humidity (RH) is a measure of the amount of water air can hold at a certain temperature. Air temperature (dry-bulb) is important because warmer air can hold more
moisture than cold air. As a rule of thumb, the maximum amount of water that the air
can hold doubles for every 20°F increase in temperature.
Of you keep the air in the tent a little drier and a little warmer, any moisture in the medium over a set point will evaporate slowly over time, as the edges of the pot dry, the edges wick moisture from deeper inthe medium, so on so forth with the autopot eventually you will hit a plateu depending on rh% you can hold and maintain in the air will restrict the medium from going over a point.
To keep 40-45rh you need to keep correct pressure within tent also to optimize water uptake.

My pea brain sees it like this: put 1 wet sponge in a sealed box next to a dry sponge, the moisture from the wet will wick into the dry one until eventually they are both the same.
Apply this principal to the moisture content of air in the tent and the moisture content of the medium. Think of them as 2 sponges in a sealed room.
Control your rh and temps, let AC phycometrics
Do the rest.

Day 36: She grew 6cm in the last 24 hours. I started to feed her with Plagron Alga Bloom, today.
Day 37: Again, she grew 4 cm, crazy. I removed some foliage underneath the net and arranged the branches in the net.
Day 38: She stretched by 3 cm again. I removed the strings for LST and I lollipoped her, today.
Day 39: And another 5 cm. I have ordered bigger tent especially a higher tent, otherwise she will grow into the LED.
Day 40: And another 5 cm. I moved her to the new tent and applied some LST clips.
Day 41: I guess, she likes the new tent and again, she grew 5cm. She really has to stop 😂 Today, I applied some more LST clips and removed some foliage at the bottom.
Day 42: She does not stop the stretch, yet.

Day 43: I pulled the LED to the most possible height and she keeps stretching, thus I had to bend the main branch with LST clips to keep some distance to the LED to avoid light stress.
Day 44: Today was cleaning day of the reservoir and a new set of nutrients are applied. I'm quite curious how they support her. I also removed some foliage.
Day 45: I noticed some tip burn at the leafs of the main bud. So I checked the PH in the reservoir and noticed, that it is off and adjusted it. I hope this supports her. Also, it might be a bit of light stress, as she is pretty close to the light (~ 25 cm). Nothing else to do today.
Day 46: I refilled the reservoir today. As I noticed, that the PH was off the last time, I lower now the PH from 6.4 to 5.6. This should also support her to consume the nutrients, as I use 50% coco.
Day 47: Nothing to do, today.
Day 48: I removed some fan leafs.
Day 49: Last day of the week. She is really thirsty now. I decided to lower the humidity to 65% to get a VPD of around 1 kPa. Let's see, how this will work out in the next week.

Day 50: Welcome to week 8. I noticed, that yesterday it was a bit hard to achieve the 65% humidity inside of the tent. Today, I installed a small 120 mm fan to blow from underneath the canopy to the top and also defoliated again some fan leafs. (the pictures were taken before the steps described).

Day 57: Welcome to week 9. I defoliated a bit again. Nothin else to do today.
Day 58: Nothing to do today. This week I aim for a VPD of 1.1 kPa.
Day 59: Time to upgrade. The new AC Infinity S22 has arrived. Now there are 2 of them and both should support her pretty well. Let’s see, how she will finish.
Day 60: With the second light in the tent, the temperature is quite high and around 25° C and I was not able to get the humidity to 60 % because the fan was running to fast and I don't want to use a humidifier in the flowering phase. So I decided to raise the temperature and humidity max levels. Let's see, how she likes this and what the avg. VPD will be at the end of the week.
Day 61: Nothing to do today.
Day 62: I removed some fan leafs. Also I noticed some days before, that she needs a bit more nutrients, so I added a bit more today to the reservoir. Maybe she has a bit of light stress. 2 of the S22 and at the nearest point only 20 cm is maybe a bit too much. So I lowered them to 80%. I hope that helps in addition.
Day 63: Last day of the week. I hope lowering the LED to 80% helps her during the next week. It looks like light stress. Today I cleaned the reservoir and refilled it.

Day 72: Welcome to week 11. Today I realized some more damaged leafs. I'm not sure, what it is. I've to ask here, now. But as I saw this and also, that the EC within the soil is increasing, I was thinking, that she is not able to consume the nutrients correctly. I checked my PH meter and I calibrated it wrong last week 🙈 So she got the wrong PH for about 2 days. I hope with the corrected PH, she is able to take the nutrients again.
UPDATE: Thanks to everyone who answered my question. I have done 2 things now. I lowered the level of the LEDs to 7 in AC Infinity Controller 69 Pro to give less intensity to the upper colas. Secondly, I added some CalMag to the reservoir. I also added some distilled water to adjust the EC level and then checked the PH level.
Day 73: For now, it does not look worse to me. I refilled the reservoir and adjusted the PH. I increased the CalMag Agent from 0.6 to 1.5 ml/L.
Day 74: I checked again the symptoms and as I was feeding the PK booster to long, I strongly have to assume, that the CalMag issues she is showing, are the symptoms of too much PK for a too long time. I decided to clear the reservoir completely and added only a bit of CalMag to plain water and adjusted the PH.
Day 75: Today I got a new and more reliable PH meter. It turned out, that the other one was still calibrated wrong and with that information, I assume it is a combination of the wrong PH for days and too much PK for too long. So, I'm happy, with my decision so far. Next time, I'll have to make a note, wenn to stop with the PK boosters ☺️ Learnings over learnings.
Day 76: Today I was able to take some photos and also a video, to show how she looks now. Not too bad and I also checked the trichomes the first time today. It's looks like she is almost ready to harvest. I was aiming week 13 and with that tiny mistake, I guess she is ready someday next week (sorry, for the bad photo of the trichomes, I was not able to get a better one 🙈). I cleaned the reservoir and filled it with plain water @ 6.4.
Day 77: End of the week and I want to share with you some buds of this monster. Trichomes looking good and I wait for my personal taste to be reached.

What is she telling me? Before I was thinking of a CalMag issue (upper leafs have "burned" tips and get yellowish). So I added it to the reservoir. Is it CalMag or maybe a PK issue, that resolves in a CalMag issue? See my diary for more details.
calmag are 2 things. it is calcium and magnesium. the problems associated with each are unique and have unique symptoms.
The problem of the 1 leaf pictured is different than the problem in the plant pictured.
The leaf -- could be Caclum deficiency. Mgiht be calcium being locked out by high P, or too low of pH too. Symptoms are not discrete, so you need to eliminate possibilities. Also, i don't think it is based on distribution of the damage and the worse spots here and there, but check for something chewing on this plant... a pest. Check under leaves etc.. just to be safe.
If soilless or hydro, simply compare ppms to these values that usually will not cause a toxicity nor result in a deficiency: Ca - 100+ / P 40-100 / K 180-200 / Mg 75ish. If you deviate too far from those values, it might help diagnose. If in soil, none of this helps unless you are certain you are providing 100% of what the plant needs at this point and any amendments in the soil are exhausted.
The plant -- Lots of things cause interveinal chlorosis. Gonna need more information. Maybe, the start of a k-def but that would usually have damage along the serated tips, too. Is it possible the top colas are getting slightly too much light? if isolated to the top, this is possible. Burnt tips are caused by numerous things, so again, need a bit more info to diagnose properly beyond a guess.
Day 78: Nothing to do today.

Day 80: I lowered the light intensity to 6. Nothing else to do today.
Day 81: Today I pulled up some branches with some strings, as buds are too heavy and fall against the tent.
