Hi these lights are really great 👍 How many plants you put in the tent is up to you, either many small or a few big ones :-) don't drive yourself crazy, you will do it great 🌱👍

I’m using small quantum board and I love this product. You can check my Northern light under sf1000 (only 100W)It consists of 3000K white, 5000K white, 660nm Red, and 760nm Infrared diodes. All together they make up full spectrum and that’s what you will need if you want to use it from seed to harvest.

Either of those lights would do very well in a 120x120. I personally like my light spread out more through my tent rather than focused in the middle, so i would reccomend doin 2x 240w in that tent size so get more even coverage. In a 120x120 you can grow a ton of very small plants in a sea of green style. Like maybe 12-15 plants all in solo cups or other very small pots. You could also get the same yield growing 4 plants in that tent and training them to fill the space. Doing a sea of green will shave off a few weeks from the veg time and allow you to harvest faster but you get less yield per seed planted so you wind up spending a lot on seeds for how much weed you get. Sea of green is a much better method when you have a mother plant or 2 and can make a ton of clones. I personally like growing fewer plants to maximize my yield per seed seeing as seeds cost $10+ each. In my 120x120 i grow 4 plants each taking up a 60x60 space and train them low and wide to fill the tent. My last harvest was 20oz off 4 plants. My current grow looks like it may yield even more!
